Government of America's Choice? How is that when Iraq held their own elections?

Yes.In a way, yes! But the point is "Isn't American Democracy better than an Islamic Theocracy or a Kampuchea's Communism or a Idi Amin Dictatorship ?".America is presently the only hyper-power and a hegemony ( A system of nation which leads the world ).It is natural for America to place governments of it's choice in other nations to try to influence every nation and do arm-twisting .And it is indeed a positive thing so long as that it doesn't become very arrogant and interfering.

If the American government wanted to take over the world they could do so much more easily by simply turning the rest of the world into a glowing cinder with their nuclear arsenal. The small and technologically inferior nuclear forces of the rest of the world could be eliminated in a first strike these days. The decrepit Russian strategic forces are included in that. That's not something the USA could have done 20 years ago but it can do it now.

But the USA has no interest in taking over the world.

How do you take over the world with the advancement of democracy, or more precisely representative republic? By supporting this brand of democracy aren't you giving more power to citizenship? That doesn't automatically assume that the country will always be supportive of the US. But it does give the people a choice of support, which is what most people in many countries don't have, that is choice in leadership. Good question.

All people care about these days is the bottom line. And to these other countries America means, MONEY! So, the poor people and spiritual leaders of these countries have no say so.

yes, not the American people but the leadership that we have has that goal. It is easier to steal from a friendly government then a government that opposes the U.S.
