Here in London Ontario Canada it is 5.4% as reported in the local media on Thursday.

London England is sitting around 4.6%

I do not know for London but in 2005 the UK was at 4.8 percent unemployment.

USA was at 5.5 percent, Canada 7.0, Australia 5.1, Germany 10.6, France 10.1, and Japan 4.7.
