u can speed ur pc by utilising less amount of ram in housekeeping functions , such as exitting any unneccessary startups, through msconfig command on the command prompt you can reach the startup list and u can uncheck any unneccessary process such as windows messenger etc. from automatically loading , then u can defragment your disk from startup>system tools>disk defragmentor.
also increasing ram is good option but it requires investment, then keep your registry cleaned by using any good registry cleaner , but only full versions will benifit you.

ok um without money assumingly um you can overclock the processer in the bios feature by pressing delete as soon as your computer turns on but it can be dangerous to mess with the bios features of your computer because if you dont know what you are doing or you do but try to push too much speed out of your pc you can fry the processor chip most chips are expensive to change i myselft have a 1.8ghz chip oc'd @ 2.15ghz! oh yeah you can use turbo option in the bios as an option for windows boot sector or at least you can on my motherboard good luck

Word of adivse to you. Whenever you ask for a computer related question ALWAYS REMEMBER to give your present system configuration. Otherwise you could end up having solutions that may not be required by you.

You really shouldn't post your address, you know.

It's hard to go wrong with more RAM, a faster processor or better video card. Remember cooling is important, and keep your box clean of spyware.

what i i will say first is that make sure that the pgrograms u dont use take them off. clear your systems cache and defragment it too. and most importantly get a software that takes off all the everything u do after browsing.
