The USA spent more than USD500 mil to kill Musab al-Zarqawi. I believe more Zarqawis will come out. Can USA bear the cost to wipe them out?

yes...in theory...it would require useing our nuclear arsensal and kill everyone on the planet not within our borders and then it would require a secret police and racial profiling concentration camps...
it can be done.....only in thee extreme. i of course believe in defeating them in various methods besides just tactical force....

Yes because it is cost effective each time a terrorist bites the dust. 9/11 cost us far more than 500 million and we wont forget the sacrafices of that day. So when they rear there ugly heads we will be there to pluck them off.
