If you are using Windows XP, there is a very easy way to open a ISO file.
Application - Virtual CD-ROM Control Panel
This program will mount the ISO file as a seprate disk drive and then you can copy all the files to your regular hard disk.

if it is a movie inn the ISO format...
download VLC media player...install...open player......drag and drop ISO to the player...window will enlarge and movie will start...
