I don't know how it is that the US has a base or prison there. Especially when the US has imposed sanctions against Cuba and the two countries are not friendly with each other. How then does the US have the right to keep prisoners in some other country. Why not take them to the US and keep them captive there?

Is our military guilty that one of our own US soldiers is illegally shackled with no rights whatsoever without being formally charged or accused of any wrongdoing?
Guantanamo = people who hate America and willing to do anything it takes to damage us
Camp Pendleton = US military base.
