It is difficult to come by a healthy newborn up for adoption, but not impossible. It helps if you are willing to take a minority race, or one with some physical or mental issues.
Some agencies might favor married couples, but you may be able to find one if you are single. You have to prove that you are capable of caring for a child; social workers may come to your house to inspect it. There will be a background check. Your finances will be examined. Look online, do a google search on adoption. You should be a able to find some agencies willing to work with you.

Yes. It is more difficult though. There are also so many orhanages in Russia and other countries that have many newborns that need homes. I hear it is actually a much quicker adoption process than waiting for a newborn in the US.
As far as qualification, I know you have to prove many things. Especially your income, home, criminal background checks, etc. You have to show that you can afford to care for a child and are mature enough as well.

Yes it is possible,it doesnt matter that u r married or not but u ve 2 prove that u earn or have enough money to protect the child whole life.

it is possible but money isnt the only concern they have to trust that you will raise the child in a loving and caring way.
