For example, someone beats someone in a game, they say, "YOU GOT OWNED!"...Isn't that a racist comment?

Owned is refered to ownership or dominance. When someone wins the fight, they have subdued the opponent and now, the opponent is under their control. vice versa too.

It isn't racist. How do you get that idea? To say someone owned you is to say they knew what you were going to do at like every move. It's basically saying they were telling you what to do, because face it that is how you made it look with how bad you were beat. Now I'm sure some people don't understand the phrase and just use it all the time. That isn't racist either, that is simply being stupid.
