Whenever I put this videogame into my ps2, it syas "analog controller not detected" but i do have an analog controller, and it is plugged in. It only happens with this one videogame, does anyody know a possible reason why?

I have a ps2 and use aanalog controller and I get that problem when I try to plug in the controller after I have started loading a video game. I don't know if this is the same thing for you?

Make sure the analog light it turned on on your controller. If not, hit the analog button just below it.

Why is this question in books and authors? O.o

I think your controller lost some pins on it. You check it. If you see there are no pins, its must be broken. Or your console is broken. Go and check it out.

If it's only with that one game, then it must be defective.

Try calling the manufacturers # in the game booklet.
