The US does give aid, but the governments receive the money first. The US gave 200 million to a country who didn't give ANY to its 'citizens.' US tries to help, but how can they when there are so many middle men creating road blocks. This means the majority of the people don't notice the donation and hear about "fat americans consuming the majority of the world's energy source."

First of all USA does not give more aid than anyone else.
Secondly USA seems to give aid and get involved with countries that don't necessarliy need it.
If you offer to help someone, you should first ask if they need the help, and then ask how you can help.
USA seems to jump in feet first, sees a possible problem and then resolves it in the way THEY seem fit. That is not helping, that is taking over!!
That is why some countries hate USA, because they don't listen!!

"afganistan, iran, egypt..." these are all Arab countries and at the moment America is in Iraq killing hundreds of them. Why do you think everyone hates USA?
