the free quick and easy way to do it is to get firefox www.firefox.com then install it the got to extensions -> get extensions the find one called "download embedded" this will come up with a litte red arrow in the right hand bottom corner and will allow you to download the flash files on the page

the not so free way
buy Sothink flashdecompiler which comes with an addin for ie that allows you to save the files to your computer then launch the decompiler program very good but expensive.

Try viewing the source of the page. What you're looking for are references to swf files. If it can play on your machine, then you have enough access to download the file, it's just a matter of finding out what URL to use to make the request. You can probably also find this information with a sniffer by recording the traffic while you load the page with the flash you want.

there are some ways:
1.if u use IE or Avant browsers, install the 'FlashCapture' software. it adds a menu named 'Save as ...' in ur right click on a flash.

2.otherwise u can go to ur 'temporary internet' directory and look for the file. (.swf). This is rather dificult since the name may be different with one u see in address bar and u have to try most of .swf files.

it is possible. If you go to to START, then Search then For Files and Computers, you can specify "*.*swf" on the search. This will search for all Flash files that is stored even from the website that you have browsed. I you want you can also save flash files using FlashGet.

If it is not protected you can a lot of times right click on a banner and click on the option "Save Target As..." and save it anywhere on your hard drive.

in general it is not possible. you need access to the source file to obtain the copy. getting into the directory containing the source file, is forbidden most of the time.
