no difference.. thats a matter of only small part of the skin over the glance... which is removed in circumcision... but in noncircumscised guy, the skin is retracted over glance... so the same thing happens.. god gave extra skin for lengthening and broadening of the penis....which u are removing in cmsn..

i think that it feels smaller b/c the skin on the uncircumcised one goes up over the head.
