We have a way of bringing out our suppressed emotions to be processed in our sleep. It's good for you, they don't have to come true though. It's just mindplay.

In some ways, yes. In others, no. While we sleep, we organize our thoughts. In this, the answer is yes. However, during the process the combinations of thoughts could conceivable become entities themselves making the answer NO.

However, I will tell you something interesting about me. I have the same dream almost every night. Only, it isn't exactly the same. It is like a story that is continued each night. It is almost like having a dream life separate from my real life. It is really weird. Perhaps I should post a question on that to see what others have to say.

but it depends on the person. i even have a hypothesis about it but not yet published!
