I prefer a green-source vitamin...more appropriately called "whole food nutrition." These are supplements derived from living green plants. The benefits to this approach is that not only do you get all the vitamins you need, but you also get micronutrients that support/enhance the vitamins interaction and absorption by the body. There are many good green-source supplements out there. The two that I have used the most over the years are "Juice Plus" and most recently "NanoGreens". While you will get some minerals in such supplements, you might also want to consider colloidal minerals. These are plant-based mineral supplements (or drinks). I use "Liquid Life," but again there are many out there. I also take antioxidants too, so I would support what you are taking in addition to a multivitamin.

Why not a B complex? Multi vitamin mixes are quite OK, I think.

Something else: If you are suffering from depression and/or anxiety, try the unique one-time treatment Atlasprofilax. It's amazing, what happens to the self-healing power of your body and mind.

The treatment is available in California or Europe, costing approx. 220 dollars. It's worth travelling far for this once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Take a whole food supplement from a manufacturer like New Chapter, Mega Food, or Garden of Life. Whatever you do, don't take a mass market supplement like Centrum. For the obvious reason why not to take this toxic supplement go to: www.centrumistoxic.com

These made the difference of a lifetime. They are juices you drink, and although it isnt the best taste in the world, youll usually notice results in about 2 weeks.
