I wouldn't tell the local police, because they might ignore it to protect their own officer. Give the video to the state police or FBI. They can do something about the officer's misbehavior.

Well if he saw you video taping, did you get him on tape threatning to kill you? Call his supervisor orinternal affairs.

I agree, take the tape and your story to a news reporter or editor.

i'd threaten to spit on his sandwich the next time he came into subway.
No seriously, i would find out what kind of cop he is (state, city, Highway) and then go to one of the different groups to talk to them (IE if he's a stater, go to the city police)

Yyp. but make sure you tell a lot of people, maybe take it to the news....it's a shame how people abuse power...

Tell ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union), and write (document )everything that was said or implied towards you. (Dates, times, etc.)
