calcium is mostly found in dairy products, it can also be found in drinks like ensure or boost. there are calcium supplements that cna be found at a drug store that taste like tootsie rolls, or there are vitamins that you take that are specialized just to increase you intake of calcium

Dairy, seafood, and some vegetables all contain calcium. Sardines are an excellent of calcium, too... as well as Iron, etc.

Anything from coral-rich areas has a ton of calcium, too. This includes seaweed, the salt from the corals, etc.

If you need digestible calcium, consider supplements.

If you need elemental calcium, visit a chemistry-supply store.
