Amazing that all these myths of still around! I heard them way back in the 1950's when I was growing up and I suspect my dad and grandfather heard the same thing (except even worse!). I figured out they were BS from the beginning and ignored them! All I can tell you is that I've been jacking off since I was 12 and I'm 65 now. I'm not blind or crazy yet although some might argue about that latter part!

you'll go blind, you'll grow hair on your palms, you'll never be able to father a child, you'll never be able to satisfy a woman, your hair will fall out, you'll get callouses on "it", you'll make "it" smaller or larger (larger for females smaller for males), you'll wear it out, you'll piss off god and be struck by lightning- the list is nearly endless.
