I think it is the same one that the song "roni roni" is talking about. I guess there are just some things that others do not want us knowing about.

"roni" is a twist on the word "macaroni". Rice-a-roni contains small pasta (the roni) as well as rice.

yup -it's from macaRONI- the pasta part of the dish- look carefully and you will see that some of the stuff in there is actually a spaghetti-like thing rather than rice.
