It can't "hurt" her as in the painful sense, but yes it can affect her...if she uses that too much her body will become accustomed to the sensation of the thousands of vibrations...which cannot be reproduce manually unless you have like a bionic penis or something...so tell her to use the massager infrequently and not on a regular basis so that when she has a partner she can experience an orgasm from manual stimulation...hope this helps!

One supposes that would depend on the massager, but she's probably safe. With all the vibrating sex toys and everything else out there, a massager sounds pretty tame.

No that cannot hurt unless she is tearing her vaginal cavity. Which is hard to do... But it is pleasant and fun if done right and you know if you are doing it right. I use one on my wife. I don't stick it in her but gently massage her clitoris and she enjoys the stimulation.
