If your man is sitting on the bicycle seat buck naked and you get on(also naked); then yes the bicycle seat can (assist) in getting you pregnant. As for using a balloon for a condom - not! i've heard of using some strange things, but i never heard of anyone using a bicycle seat. a guy that could use one of those big punch ball balloons for a condom i'm envious of indeed!
