I've read this story too in a book called "Uncanny" with a bunch of horror/weird short stories.
If I woke up as a giant bug i'll make sure I go and demolish all the pest control companies!!

first thing i would do is check out my gender if female stay home and cry, cause it suck a man's world out there when your a bug if god willing i was a male bug then i would be drinking in the local clubs and pubs trying to get me some buggy action i might head off in the arvo to the local park and terrorize the local kids then head home.
