You tend to forget: the first time modern weapons of mass destruction were used on nayone was by the United States! Remember Hiroshima and Nagasaki?! Those were atomic bombs; primitive nukes the UN would definitely consider to be weapons of mass destruction. By the way, were you aware that Japan had already surrendered, following the bombing of Tokyo but BEFORE the a-bombs were dropped. And people wonder why I say the U.S. needs to be put in front of a war crimes tribunal....
What do they teach you in school? Or is your education system another weapon of mass destruction?

The word 'Super Powers' implies in itself the powers that are ,are having the Weapons of Mass Destruct ions.These powers want an exclusive club for them,without relinquishing these weapons of mass destruct ions themselves.They put a logic that they are holding these for the safety of the world,and any-one who tries to obtain these is threatening the world at large.
Yes, U.S.A., and England have these Weapons of Mass Destruction.

Many countries have WMDs. Nukes are WMDs and America has them. America does NOT have chemical/biological weapons in its arsenal. Those have been outlawed under the Geneva Conventions and it is a war crime to use them. Gassing the Kurds is one of the charges against Saddam Hussain, as he knew it was a war crime before he did it.
BTW, England has Nukes also, just to finish answering your question.

Well, if you consider nuclear weapons as WMDs then yes we do have them. I suppose many other nations other than the U. S. have WMDs in one form or another.
