I try to maintain a steady pace throughout the day, although sometimes interruptions or other priorities affect my work flow. I am usually quick to get back on track and accomplish my goals. Part of my ability to achieve my daily goals comes from keeping track of my pending projects, deadlines and day-to-day responsibilities. Having a ready reference to review upcoming situations allows me to prepare in advance. If I need to rush to accomplish something, I certainly can do that, but I try to ward off such situations by planning ahead.

I am a "get the job done expediently" person. I don't wait for deadlines to catch up with me. I don't procrastinate. I am unfriendly about interruptions. I have been known to plan for months in advance. I get to work on time, get my work done, and I leave on time, and I don't allow others to stand in my way.

Also, I usually come up with several ways to get a job done.
