A very interesting question. Anyone have an interesting answer?
If the alien who got bit returns to his planet and bites others of his kind, would his world be the Planet of Vampires? Sink your teeth into this question.

Well, aliens do exist, I'm pretty sure our traditional vampire does not. But, if he did get to bite an alien I'm not sure if his "blood" would react exactly same way as humans. Even if it did, the planet would not be a vampire planet. Earth is not, now is it? That's assuming vampires do exist just to play along with the question. This is a good question btw.

Hmmmm, well i think if the vampire bites an alien, nothing will happen to the alien, instead the vampire will become an alien ....... !!!

This is because aliens wear bite-proof dress.

It's a possibility, unless the alien comes from a planet with blood sucking creatures already.

I think the Vamp-Alien would take over this planet first before going back... that would be a really long trip! I am sure he or she would want to investigate earth a little more.

Nope, the alien wouldnt be affected.

Vampires usually only affect human blood, which is why you dont see vampire dogs or vampire fish.
