Besides weight gain and loss, I'd have to say definitely the hair of a person -- it's the most significant. And it doesn't even have to be the color, but even the texture.
For example, ever seen the same person with say, long curly hair one day and then long straight another day? They look totally different!
Add another color shade and you've stransformed yourself into practically another person!
Try a wig! They're fun!!!

Clothes. You notice clothing and the body first, otherwise you probably wouldn't pick someone out of a crowd and look at them long enough to see what their face looks like. Clothing is usually the most indicative of your style, ergo.. the way you come off in people's first simple impression of of you.
On a closer level, hair makes a big difference. The color and shape can greatly change the intensity and look of your facial features then there's the basic style element to be considered. Too, your hair is a direct part of you, not so much a seperate and manditory adornment as clothing.
Makeup and skin (general bodily coloration) can make alot of difference too, but it usually takes much more than a glance to see these changes....
So it's really either the -clothing- or -hair- depending..

It depends how much you change it, like when some people change their hair it can be hard to even tell, but then sometimes when people change it really dramatically its hard to even tell its the same person. I guess the same sort of thing would apply to clothing, but I dont think you would struggle to recognise a person that hard out changed their clothes. So I would say Hair changes your look the most.

normally i would agree that hair is a major facet right next to teeth and weight gain, but now tat i think about it i am going to have to say eyes and not just b/c of colored contacts or new glasses but notice when someone sees something they are not supposed to or are very sad or any emotion for that matter can be seen thru their eyes which changes their whole appearrance so they can go from "looking good" to not so much.

Your hair..it's on top and usually your eyes go from top to bottom when you are glancing at someone...as you walk down the street...but if you are in a room with someone you usually give them more of an intense look..and take in the rest of the body...so clothes would be next in my opion.

The hair. I've always known that the key to a man's good looks is his hair. And that's the one that get's overlooked the most.

Clothes, obviously...since we live in a culture that judges and catagorizes people based on which brand name their paying money to... But if clothes weren't an issue, hair changes a person drastically...

It's your expression! A great outfit will be nothing with a gloomy or bitchy look. Give them a radiant smile & nobody will care if the jeans are old or even if your hair is messy. It better be real though, nothing worse than a fake smile.

Definitely hair. Your hair can change your entire style and people notice it very much.
