is fit punishment for sex offenders?
# 1. a man that had sex with 37 boys and girls under the age of 16. Was only charged in the rape and molestation of two girls. [no prior prison/jail record]
#2. a father that molested and had sex with his daughter from the time she was in kindergarten [several prior prison/jail records]
#3 a boy that was 16 and the girl was 14, considered rape in my state [had prior petty crime charges in juv. court]
#4 a 19 year old boy at a party with a bunch of different people, a girl tells him that she is 17 (which is old enough for concent), later the boy finds out that she was 15 [one prior jail record]

1: he should have his d*ck cut off and then be thrown in public cells in prison.. child molesters normally don't make it out if they arent put in solotary, the guards can just turn their back and let it go
2: kill him.. no better yet kill him by repeatedly shoving a knife up his *** and ask him how he likes being raped
3: considered rape because of the age, or did she accuse him? that one is hard. If it is just the age and the girl gave consent there is no crime in my book
4: I see no crime if she lied, you can go to jail if you pick up a girl in a bar who has a fake id and find out she lied... that is not the guys fault unless she looked young, and most 15 year old dont anymore

#1 Life in jail. No prior jail record, sure. I bet it's only because you haven't caught him before this. Ruining 37 lives? Bad. If only being charged in the rape and molestation of two girls...wrong..he should get them all. he needs to rot..in prison.

#3 Nothing. That is two years apart. Revise your laws.
#4 Nothing. Not his fault.
"How old are you?"
"17, why?"
"Just wondering. Can I see your I.D?"

All these crimes listed range from awful, and dispicable. Although, may I shine light on other instances our society overlooks? Yes, women perpetrated sex crimes.
How about the 14 yr old female babysitter wanting a 4 year old boy to play "truth or dare" with her. In the event of the "game", she had the little boy touch her breasts. Parents later found out and reported this to police. The DA automatically assumed it was perpetrated by the male (which happend to be only 4 years old)... The innocent ***toddler*** was charged with sexual assault.
Or how about the 36 year old woman who raped a 12 year old boy, then later became pregnant and petitioned the court for this 12 year old boy pay child support. The 36 year old woman was granted child support. Posted on website for documentation.
I can show you proof of these detestible incidents.
Or how about Laflave.
Mrs. Kelson (elementary school teacher- 26, raped a 4 year old boy(she raped the boy 12 times.. when the boy was depressed and hurting and complained to his parents, at first the parents told the boy he was lieing and disciplined him... later, Mrs. Kelson was caught red handed during raping). This poor innocent boy need apology from parents. Parents amongst the rest of our society need re-educated. Posted for documentation. The woman only received probation.
Or how about the 36 year old woman who raped an 8 year old boy at day care (28 times she raped him before she got caught). I do have this article posted on my website for documentation. This woman was actually charged with rape. But her jail sentence was a drop in the bucket. Im sure in a short while, she will be dismissed of her rape crime, and society will instantly forgive her. She will probably rape again.
what about the most recent occurances with women public school teachers raping their males students? At least 32 in the state of Kansas. Which is pretty much the same in all states. However, these women are not being subjected registering their names as sex offenders. Most of these women received a much lesser sentence- ie: contributing to a minor (alcohol) and using drugs with a minor child. This doesnt surprise me. Moreover, the media doesnt touch this kind of thing as it is a "political incorrectness" to expose female perpetrated crimes against men and children..... Especially sex crimes. Mass media, like everyone else, are afraid to be labeled as "female back-lashers"... Besides, too many politicians have their hands in the billions of dollars per year (also tax payer dollars) in supporting the women's groups. The media will NEVER show female sex crimes unless it is common knowledge. Nonetheless, State laws are only geared to criminalize males (as all laws will only state male perpetrated, and not female)--so... this must mean that a woman wont be charged?

no of course not
although you can't generalize each case is different, and some people aren't convicted of EVERYTHING they should be, sex offenders like the ones from cases 1 and 2 should NEVER be alllowed to leave prison.
however, the basis of punishment of criminals like the ones in cases 3 and 4 is tough. its difficult to prove consent and whetjher someone les about their age. people, for now, need to use their best judgement
