He is a family member and I love and respect him. Atleast before all this happened I did.

Sorry, but when you say he's a family member, how's that supposed to work?
You don't have to be rude but you have to be firm. Don't send mixed signals.
I understand your concerns about respecting him. But again, in view of the connections (family, 3 times older), is it really justified to uphold the respect for him?
So draw a clear line. You can simply reject him based on the fact that you're not interested in him because of his personality and don't need to talk about age.
But, sorry, I'm still wondering and confused, family member? Are we in fact talking about something illegal here?

Uhm...
If he's both three times your age AND a family member, being rude to him is the bare minimum you should be doing.

You should call the police immediately and tell the rest of your family what he is trying to do. You should feel neither love or respect for a sexual predator, and that is what he is.

Is he family as in you guys are related by blood or what? Just tell him you feel like you're too young for him and he should look for someone closer to his age, or at least someone other than you.

Number 1: He is a family member. This is against the law. It is also considered incest.
Number 2: He is 3 times older than you. Old enough to be your grandfather. Is he your grandfather?
Number 3: And this is obvious. Just say, "NO"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be cold and unemotional and distant.

If he gets pushy, fight like an animal.

Don't tell your parents unless you are dead solid certain they are on your side. If you suspect that they would accuse you of flirting and asking for it, don't tell them anything.

Are you dating anybody alot right now that can hang around constantly and keep everything cool?
