Well, I've read one called the Devil Wears Prada, and they made a movie out of it. It's pretty funny, but it's considered chick lit.

Janet Evanovich, the Stephanie Plum Series. Stephanie is a bounty hunter in New Jersey who is not a very good one, but she has alot of friends who help her. The characters are crazy, silly. I read her books in 2 days. It is laugh out loud, tears down your face, almost pee in your pants funny!!

"Youth in Revolt" by C.D. Payne! It's a tale of teen angst that I thought was hilarious and I hope to read the sequels.
