Well if you like this boy as much as you say you do, there is no harm in that. Whether its your bestfriends brother or whoever. You feel what you feel.. I feel you don't need her permission or input, if you like the guy, then go for it! You only live once. If he is that adorable, you better grab for keeps b4 someone else does. Good Luck!

Nothing harm in talking to your best friend. She will appreciate it if there is respect.
Dont say you have hots for him.Rather ask her about what him sweetly. Go for a picnic together the three of you,..

Nothing wrong with your feeling, talk to your best friend first and find her react and opinion about this. If she gives you green light means you have to move on but if she will angry ...it is your decision to choose who is the most important person for you...your best friend and the friendship or your love. She's gonna find out once you start dating. Let her know you dig him and you have every intention of making a move on him. She'll think it's weird but that's because she's his sister. Just go for it but if you break up, you might lose both of them. If she really is your friend and you break up, you won't lose her.

you should pursue a relationship with this man, unless you're into the licky licky thing b/c if my bestfriends sister was attracted to me and i was attracted to her then i'd pursue it.
