If they truly love each other and plan to marry, she can file a petition for him as a fiance -- this will change his Visa status so that they may legally marry.

I'm not certain of all the legalities, but the Department of State website and the Homeland Security website, and related ones, can help you out. You all need a good lawyer for the red tape.

Yes, it's illegal. If it can be proven that its the only reason she married him, that is. Usually that is difficult to do, but you just recorded it online. That is evidence. LOL

Talk her out of it. This is nothing more than illegal immigration with a loop hole. Its shameful.

Mom if she is marrying just to become a citizen, YES you should be worrying, make sure your daughter marry the guy she loves

Yes, that is illegal...if they get married and get caught...I think they both can get into trouble, and he will get deported...so be careful.
