Not only would you have a 'hard time' getting that off of your penis I believe the effect you are looking for would be a moot point. Forget the penis painting and go paint a picture if its attention you want from women be a clown in the circus don't hurt your body. Paint is paint man I mean come on there are other ways of getting attention this isn't it good luck and um mm happy painting. On paper I hope.

I think if you did go to that extreme, she would run away from you as fast as she can. what on earth would a woman do with a painted penis, besides laugh at it.
Naturally, you don't expect to get any action... or is that the reason for painting it? because you cant get any action. Then of course you need to see a psychiatrist to find out why you have resorted to the lowest form of communication, to attract, pertrify, turn off, a woman, while making a fool of yourself..

Yes! Paint it bright orange, add a couple of green dots and a couple of purple triangles, THEN tie a big red glow in the dark bow around it...be sure you don't tan on that day, you'll look so good stark white...now go for it!

Oh my god! Bright red penises are my favorite! Sometimes the blue are nice, too. Maybe try a rainbow effect... And the paint is really healthy for a woman's vagina...just make sure it's lead-based.

Besides, though there is zoological evidence that brigt coloration is attractive to females in the animal kingdom, I think red would just make it look like you got too much sun.

Paint it with fluorescent paint and it will glow in the dark....and that would make you very appealling trust me
