i think he is gay but i dont know and i want to tell him but i cant what can i do to know if he is not or how can tell him that im gay

You probably want to stay clear of that one as you may lose a friend.. You can tell them you are gay.. That's accepted today.. BUT if you tell him you are gay and you are in love with him, you risk losing him as a friend. Start out with baby steps and then if he is cool and opens up to you too and tells you he is gay, maybe you want to begin with trust, going out with him, working out with him etcc... He will get the message and you will see from his demeanor whether you have a chance or are even his type.. To recap, you can come out to him.. If he comes out to you, then you need to be passive and let him figure out that maybe you are the guy for him.. BUT don't comeout and tell him you love him.. Disaster waiting to happen..

I think the safe way is to see what he's interested in. Ask him questions about being gay and how would he feel if another guy approached him. Just questions that get you some basic answers. Don't make him suspicious, just start the conversation off with a scenario or story about someone else and see what he thinks. You want to remain close, so don't push him away if he's not gay with direct questions(force).

Just strike up a conversation with him...then bring up the topic about being gay...well, not you being gay..just "gay " in general..ask him what he thinks about gay people. And see what his reaction is to that...then from there..you can tell if he is a little on the gay side or not...I have gay friends...so I know a little about this.
There is nothing wrong with being gay...it is just the way a person is...they are normal...so if you are...don't think there is anything wrong with you. If it turns out that your friend is not gay...and then he finds out you are and then stops hanging out with you...then it means he wasn't a true friend in the beginning.

If he is your best friend you would think you would know if he was and he would know if you were? Best friends normally tell each other everything or at least you should be able too..that's what a BRO does right!? You can tell them anything and if you feel you can't or he gets up set about it.....Sorry Bro...that's Life. Hopefully you can still be friends, maybe not best friends...maybe? Good luck!

you might want to hold on before professing your love....tell him you're gay first and see how he reacts...especially since you don't know for sure he's gay.

well if hes ur best friend then shouldnt u kno for sure if hes gay?? but i think that u should find out for sure first because if not then it could ruin ur friendship!
