are they inappropriate? why does it bother you if they're not? either way just tell her it bothers you. she should be satisfied with just you after all. not other profiles.

well, if you love your wife then you should ask her. maybe she was just looking for an old friend. don't be judgemental or confrontational. just say, hey, i noticed you were looking through yahoo profiles - who were you looking for?
then hopefully you'll talk about it - ask her what she needs, give it to her, you'll both be happier (i read a great book called "It's Mostly his fault" which is how to make marriages better - you should read it - basically it says the more you cater to your wife the better things will be)
if you don't get anywhere with that, then you could always make up a profile of yourself that says "I only love my wife" or something silly like that so that when she is looking she'll see it and get the message that she better stop.
i don't know if that helps or not. but hey, i tried :)

Look at the men's profiles with her; or better yet, start looking at women's profiles yourself. Who knows, maybe you'll be needing one of them.
Actually there could be a number of reasons for your wife to be viewing profiles of men on singles websites (I assume). She may just be curious. She may be comparing them to you, and if she's with you still, finding them inadequate. She may, too, be somewhat disillusioned or unhappy with you for whatever reason, and you should use her voyeurism as a sign that you need a good talk and possibly need some relationship help. Just don't jump to conclusions; as you obviously haven't. Find out from her what she is doing in as non-accusatory way as possible.
But actually, I kinda like my first suggestion: start looking at female profiles in an obvious way so that she knows it. That might bring her up short, and you'd sure have to have that talk then.

Ask her about it but make sure you aren't giving her a reason to do it. You came home late last night and got on the internet to "play around" on the computer. I know a lot of guys that do that and it's not all innocent. I'm not saying it's your fault, what I'm saying is to make sure before you ask her, you aren't guilty of the same thing.

Funny, my husband does the same thing and I found out by looking at his history as well. I don't know what to tell you except I think my husband was looking and if the opportunity presented itself I'm sure he would've jumped right in.
It's amazing what you find by searching the computer's history. I found him chatting with this chick and he told her that we're separated. I confronted him about it and he confessed that he lost interest in us slightly he saids. I guess he got tire of the hum drum of marriage and so am I.

Ask her what she was doing, then tell her why you were spying on her. Some trust problems between you both.
She like most women are nosy, she could have been just checking things out. Women, more than men, like to see what's going on. It could be innocent.
She should tell you her reason though.

the only thing to do is look at other womens profiles because you have already lost that one to the dogs! or just give her the grudge f**k of her life every night and when ever ole woody thinks he wants to beat it up because she is about to turn into the biggest internet ho on the block.

For one - don't jump to conclusions. She could be looking at them to help someone else find a mate. Or, someone she works with may have signed up and she wanted to find it and see it.
But, just ask your wife. Doesn't sound like she was hiding it.

Talk to her and discover the reason then if you have reason to go to counseling go and if she wants to cheat then you must solve the problem in your marriage causing it.
Good Luck and God Bless!!

My marriage ended for that exact reason. I think it is inappropriate and not something that someone in a committed relationship should be doing.
