as said, full exhaust, re-jet (or re-map, not sure if 2000s are carbed, I thought they were fuel injected), k & n (but do that after the re-map or you will lean it out too much, also if you go all out, get the cone replacements, for drop in minor power, get a direct replacement...), sprocket up or down depending on more low end or more top end, then you can get into internals, higher compression pistons (if it can handle much more comp.), bigger cams, bigger pistons (bore it out), and I would never recommend this to anyone, but nitrous if you are willing to buy a new motor when that one blows... Ignition timing retarder, that all I can think of unless you want a turbo system...

Talk to you rlocal Honda dealer, but I'd say try a K&N airfilter, a new pipe, and re-jet.
