Without knowing where you are from and which country you wish to get your visa in, I'll tell you about the United States. You'll need to go to the nearest counsule of the United States and apply there. If you call in advance, most will tell the requirements for getting a worker's visa as well as the papers necessary for identification and proof of residence and financial stability.

Best thing to do is not waste the time of the Government of USA and your time. And go back to where you foreigner came from.
