How can you watch television channels on your computer?

I am specifically interested in watching Japanese comedy channels (in Japanese).

I forgot to add...If there are many ways to watch television on your computer, which is the BEST way (best software...etc)?

You can install a TV card for a desktop computer or a USB TV card for your laptop. Pinnacle has some good products

I think there's some kind of tv card available.

youll have to get a tv tuner card... and install it in your comp... if you have a spare slot
