Girls: This girl is amazing, she’s like 1.77 meters tall, Mexican, like those from the "telenovelas" or Mexican love TV. serials.... Black hair, black eyes, tinned white skin (She goes 4 times a year to the beach) and she is really really fun. She’s a friend of a friend and she usually goes to the same parties as us…

I really wouldn’t ask this to myself, the problem is that he never does anything to be with her, because he says she intimidates him. There’s this girl he also likes, she knows her since kindergarten, we’re 24 years old now, he always asks her out, to romantic dinners and dates, they talk for hours on the phone, but he hasn’t even kissed her. I don’t understand him, he’s not a virgin, he had a couple of girlfriends before.

We even nicknamed him “the fast and furious” LOL!

I also like music a lot I play on a band, and she studies musicology…. She’s perfect, but I don´t talk too much to her because of my friend… What do I do?

Unless she obviously likes you, don't mess with her because there will be no chance of success. And if she does like you and she lets you know it while she's dating your friend, you can't trust her. On the bright side, see if she has any other friends . . . they may be similar to her.

talk to your friend about it. Make sure this girl won't get in the way of your friendship. CUz no girl is worth losing a friendship

It's up to her to choose, not you or your friend. You could be nice to her. Tell her she has beautiful eyes. Girls love that. Just don't go overboard or it will sound like a line.
