A Chevy Astro is a GMC Safari.
A Chevy Colorado is a GMC Canyon.
A Chevy Trailblazer is a GMC Envoy.
A Chevy Tahoe is a GMC Yukon.
A Chevy Silverado is a GMC Sierra.
A Chevy S-10 is a GMC Sonoma. (But they don't make these anymore.)
All of these are rolled off of the same assembly line, and the way that they are rolled off the assembly line is 10 Chevy, 10 GMC, then 10 more Chevy, then 10 more GMC. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
The ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE FRONT GRILLE ON BOTH OF EVERY SET:
CHEVY HAS IT'S TRDEMARK SILVER CHROME BAR RUNNING ACCROSS THE FRONT, AND A GMC ALWAYS HAS AN OPEN GRILLE IN FRONT WITHOUT THE CHROME BAR GOING ACRROSS THE GRILLE. Go to gm.com search vehicles to see what I'm telling you. By the way,

They are the exact same vehicle just one says astro and one says safari.they both are made by the same company/factory.

They are the exact same vehicle. Same assembly line, same options. only the gril and badges are different (and occasionally color choices)

neither. both are sluggish, mediocre vehicles. if you want a GM van, than get an Uplander or an Express.
