It has its own cosmology, its own miracles, its own beliefs in the supernatural, its own churches, its own high priests, its own saints, its own total worldview, and its own explanation of the existence of the universe. In other words, liberalism contains all the attributes of what is generally known as 'religion.'

As liberals have told you time and again, they are better than you. You can't tell them that the Emperor has no clothes they will attack you as they always do. They put forth their human shields to avoid ridicule and won't get dirty in the Arena of ideas because Liberals are selective in which venue they operate. Hilary won't go on Fox for example.Teddy won't either. Heretics like us are sons of satan to them. When you argue, let them cuss first, that is an indication that you bested them. LOL

Put down the Ann Coulter book.

That makes no sense.

Liberals (or liberalism in the way you and Ann are using it) are identical to the "conservatives" if you adopt the analogy you both are proposing.

The grand fact of the matter is that despite their talk about standing up for working people, the Democrats are committed to serving the same corporate masters as the Republicans--even at the expense of those who support them. That’s the reality behind the Democrats’ political campaign rhetoric--and it’s why we need an alternative to the two-party system.

While conservatives have been fortifying their base, liberals have all but abandoned their commitment to building resistance from below, thus they too are simply concerned with thier own elite base (less than 7% of the population of the US is in that catagory). So what does that mean for the rest of us? That we are outside of liberal/conservative alliances all but in thought, you can think your rich but if you aren't sorry, you aren't. That is the funny thing about Ann Coulter fans, they want her, as a sex object and she just takes your money... she is quite a prostitute.

The liberal-baiting tactic that Ann Coulter is putting out there is nothing more than mindless fodder that obfuscates the issues that have a very lasting and harsh impact on your rights, your livelihood and your life in general (and your grand kids lifes). So let it go, it is as informative as reading the National Enquirer.

Explain this to me. What cosmology? What miracles? What beliefs in the supernatural? Couldn't you argue the same thing about conservativism?

Dude, give some examples before creating a metaphor. They're comparisons, not simple statements.

Oh, as if "Republicanism" doesn't? S--t, bro, politics in general is a religion for most people. They all pray at the altar of the almighty dollar! Well, back when it used to be mighty, anyway...now they all seem to pray at the altar of BIG OIL.
