Texas is getting hot!! My AC does not seem to get as cold as it did in the past. What can I do not to fry in the heat this summer?

go to a local auto shop and have your a/c recharged

Take a look up front. Check your radiator area. The A/C condenser is in front of the radiator.It has to have good air flow to cool the R134a refrigerant. Make sure it's clean and not jammed full of dead bugs dust etc. you should be able to wash it out with a basic water hose. If it looks clean then you more than likely will need a recharge.

drive really fast with the window down, get those window-shade things (from car accessory shops), or get the AC looked at.
