Or is their a word for "positive" predjudice?

For example, let's say I'm into Asian chicks. That seems like a good thing but it's still kind of based on race.

By definition, prejudice may be:
1a. An adverse judgment or opinion formed beforehand or without knowledge or examination of the facts.
1b. A preconceived preference or idea.

As you can see from the secondary definition, prejudice may also be a positive pre-formed judgment. Generally, one would use the term "biased toward" or "inclined toward," as "prejudice" has a negative connotation.

There is such a thing as "reverse racism" or "reverse discrimination" in which groups that have historically been discriminated against are given opportunities (affirmative action for example)...but I don't think that is about what you are asking.

Prejudice connotatively includes some sort of hostility, so in general, I would stay away from that word...however, it is still a preconceived judgment of someone even if it is not negative...so I would say there is "positive prejudice" and there is "negative prejudice"...it's all about your attitude.

Is there such a thing as "reverse prejudice"? There's reverse discrimination. The prejudice you list is a prejudice still, it is just against people who are like you is all. But then again, it's more a preference.

I'd say it's just the race you like. I also really liked asian girls, but didn't Marry one, so it doesn't really matter.
