Really why is Bekham the best? Why not Ronhaldino or Samuel Eto? From what I see Eto's headers and corners are way better then David's. And Ronhaldino's speed and moovs are 3x as good as Bekhams. Please, people of America and throughout the world vote for a better football player.

David Beckham was not voted best football player. Currently Ronaldinho is the FIFA World PLayer fo the year. He was also the best player last year.

People think Becks is the best player because he's far and away the most publicized. The average American can probably only name one or two non-American football players, and he's likely going to be one of them, solely because of name recognition and marketing. Don't get me wrong though, he is an elite player.

He never was. Its just his popularity wit the girls and the whole wide world. Beckham is a good player but not he greatest player. The only thing he is good at is passing. And he is good in the clutch. But players like Ronaldo kill him in offensive skills.
