This is a gross but intriguing question. I would say yes, because we all have slightly different body chemistry, plus depending on how well your body is hydrated and how many toxins are floating around before being expelled would make your saliva taste different. It's like people's breath. Some people have sweeter smelling breath than others, some it's downright bad, and if someone is in fat-burning mode or dieting, then that is all together another icky smell. I know when I'm dieting, my mouth tastes downright nasty even to me! EWE!

It doesn't. Although it may have a different scent (which depends on how well you take care of your teeth), saliva does not have its own flavor. Right now there is saliva in your mouth. Do you taste anything?
