The only way that the Lakers could make this deal would be a straight up Bryant for KG deal. Los Angeles doesn't have the pieces or enough draft picks to make this happen otherwise.

pg- Farmar (drafted)
sg- Bryant
sf- Walton
pf- Garnett (traded for Odom, Kwame Brown)

I thought they were planning to try and get him for Lamar Odom and Kwame Brown... then possibly a draft pick.

There is no point in getting KG. Kwame and Lamar are both solid players. So what is the point?

i don't think KG would be a right fit for the lakers, and i can't see him playing for the lakers and i'm a lakers fan.

well the timberwolves coach had an interview and he said before the teams even say what their offer is he says no so i doubt it
