That doesn't seem to unusual..I would be concerned if your flow is heavy and you are passing many clots, saturate two pads an hour, become weak or dizzy, or have cramps or pain unrelieved with OTC pain medications normally taken for menstrual cramps in a normal dosage. If this is unusual for you then call your family doctor or OB/GYN for a exam.

Yes, its not a blood clot, its some parts over the uterus wall that is being shed. It is normal though to see them sometimes. Dont worry
