my mom finds it really wrong for me to be wanting to be majoring in Homeland Security and Teorrism. is there anything wrong for me to be wanting to be doing this?

If that is what you want to do... GO FOR IT. Don't major in something to make your family happy, Major in what YOU want to learn about. Especially if that is something you can see yourself making a carreer out of for the rest of your life. Be prepared to learn a lot of terrible things though. and to be a bit paranoid after learning the terrible things.

No, it is a field that is definitely on the rise and will probably create some exciting and new positions in the coming years. The most important thing is that this is your life and you are the one that should be happy living it, so if this is what you want to do, go for it.

wow they have that? cool, nothing wrong with it at all. it is a new and different major. you will be kinda like a pioneer in a brand new Field. good luck!

If this is something you are interested it, i say go for it. besides, you are never bound by what you major in. i have two degrees one in history one in psychology, and i take pictures for a living.

she's probably just scared at the idea of her baby defending this big ol' country, especially with all the heat they been catchin lately. go for it, and make the country proud!!
