Anything in the bios could really mess it up. Adding a security password and then forgetting it would be a serious problem. Your best bet is to not mess with your bios or even update it until your computer's warranty expires.

If you want to permanently mess up your computer, nothing will work better than physical damage. Why fool around with the BIOS, when you can simply drill a one-inch hole through the processor and into the mobo, and pretty much ruin the thing?

Don't mess with what u don't know much about - if it's not broken don't try to fix it!!?
Anywhere u can't really screw up the BIOS cause it's not designed for self destruction! Choosing the wrong options at worst will cause conflicts or freezes or degraded performances in your OS.
