I just got my invitation for my 10 year high school reunion today. I'm pretty sure I'm not going. I moved out of state and don't know anyone in the area anymore. I didn't keep in touch with anyone from my class. Even my best friend ended up being psycho and ran off with some married guy . (She was almost validictorian too!)

Anyway, if I don't go will I regret it forever, or will it never cross my mind again?

Did you go to yours? Or do you plan to when it comes up?

I've always wondered what the fascination is about getting together with a bunch of people you went to school with. If you really cared about each other, you would already be in touch with them.

Look if they haven't meant enough in the last 10 years to keep in touch with, why bother now. Most reunions now are just overpriced one night affairs run by companies to make a huge profit. They are not nice comfortable personal get -togethers they once were. I didn't go I don't regret it one bit. We had about 650 graduate and I talk to about 2 of them now. Why don't you just plan a vacation that you want to go on with people that you actually care about instead.

I have never went. I sure do not regret it. I never had use for most of those people then, I have less use for them now. I don't care about remembering the times in school. I sure don't want to hear half of the B.S. stories on what all they have done since school.

I went to my 10 year last year and it was fun cause the people that were trying to set it up ended up not going so it was just the people there that I wanted to talk to and we had a great time.

I didn't go to any until my 20th. One of my friends talked me into going. I'm glad she did. I had a great time. My 9th grade crush finally kissed me. I can't say it was worth waiting nearly 25 years for, but it was cool. lol. I'm looking forward to going to the next one.
