Smallville yes it's the best, though I hate how you have to wait all summer to find out how he escapes the Phantom Zone. Supernatural is ok, I don't watch it regularly but if nothing else is on then I'll watch it.
Also don't you think that they should have had the stars from the show play the parts in the movie, just make them look and act a bit older and stuff and you've got a great movie.

I like both, since I had discovered that Smallville and Supernatural are both telling us how good and evil combat and struggle each other, but Smallville have a special way to define "Anti-hero" telling the story about Lex-luthor very well, that was never told so good like it and Clark Kents story prooving that he has mistakes and also very often there are too much more than good wills and good intentions in Clark's actions. Supernatural story goes on a way that the good always wins and on the final episode, shows the look of the reality that we can fail too..
People just forget "Demons" have families and feelings too..

Tom Welling (Clark Kent, Smallville) and Jared Padalecki (Sam Winchester, Supernatural) are sooo hot!
The programmes are awesome too, except that episode of Smallville with the vampires. How lame was that?

I do i love smallville & some time's i watched the supernatural
but most of all i loved watching smallville.not once did i ever miss

I love smallville & any supernatural showes and novels. For me they offer escape from reality. I lile Steven King, John Saul, & Dean Kootz. I've even got some of my family to read them..
