Getting off the real stuff and switching to water and and diet soda would cut out 5-10 lbs a month...I know because I used to drink the real stuff..but you really get used to it and anything with sugar is horrible..I drink alot of diet soda and enjoy it;

A lot...you will notice a big difference if you cut out all sodas (even diet). I stopped drinking sodas about a year ago and found that I have more energy and fewer health problems (like no more headaches). I wasn't overweight when I stopped drinking soda, but I wasn't in shape either...since I cut out the sodas, I have toned up considerably. I actually put on a few pounds, but since it's all muscle weight...that's a good thing! I wear a size 3 instead of a size 5 now and feel so much better about my health in general!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

In college I drank so much pop and I was sure that when I gave it up I would loss some weight but I never did. However, I wasn't able to give it for long but I switched to diet. When I drink lots of water I feel more healty but I have to get my caffine some how.

Soda/Pop is the worst part of my diet...I gave it up for about two and a half months and lost 5 pounds in my stomach area...I called that my "pop belly"...But that didn't last long I went back to drinking pop and gained the weight back...

i gave up all calorie drinks and the artifical sugar drinks and lost almost 80 lbs (i also ate healthy and exercised) but most of my weight loss was not drinking soda. and 8 years later i have kept most of the weight off. i sorta watch what i eat and i really don't exercise all that much, but i still don't drink soda.

A LOT! You'd be surprised! I say a girl lose at least forty pounds from stopping.

Figure that each drink is about 130 calories. If you drink many, it adds up!
